Q. What kind of PC do I need to run your software?

Any PC running Windows (95, 98, ME, 2000 or XP) will suffice. We recommend, if using Windows 2000 or later, that you use the NTFS file system for greater reliability.

Q. Which digital camera models do you support?

Any camera that supports the JPEG standard and is able to write or transfer its images to a computer file system (e.g. a PC's hard disk drive).

Many models, for example the Cannon EOS series, now come with remote capture software that lets you connect the camera to a PC and automatically 'download' images from the camera as you take them.

Q. What happens if I purchase a single-seat licence and later wish to upgrade to a multi-seat licence?

The price you initially paid counts in full towards subsequent upgrades, so you'll only have to pay the difference.

Q. We are already using one of your products, do we get a discount if we buy a different product from you?

Yes, 50%. So, for example, if you purchased ImageMan from us to manage your digital images and later decided that you also needed RecordMan to manage your patient records then you'd receive a 50% discount on the RecordMan purchase.

Q. What do your products use for reporting?

An MS*Office compatible open source word processor called AbiWord.
